Aux Benaulim has a unique way of beginning the New Academic year. The triduum – animated by special prayer moments culminated with the solemn Eucharistic Celebration. Each day’s prayer moment was an offering of praise and thanksgiving to God for the gift of yet another new year of learning, knowing, sharing, caring and growing in knowledge and wisdom.
The theme given by the diocese of Goa was “He has anointed me to bring good news to the poor…” was well displayed on the backdrop along with the logo.
Fr. Jason Coelho SDB celebrated the solemn Eucharist, giving the students a beautiful message on the ‘Potter and the Clay.’ The students were invited to be like the clay in the hands of their educators, thus moulding their life into something beautiful. He urged them to be open to the guidance of their teachers and parents and to be elements of God’s goodness to each other.
The educators were reminded that they are anointed to share the treasure of values and knowledge to their students.
Aux-Ben wishes all our Schools a fruitful New Academic Year 2018-19. May each member of this institution grow and glow in knowledge and wisdom.
