On 9th December Auxilium Convent Bandra celebrated the Community Gratitude Day. We reflected on the theme “Serve the Lord in Holiness” with spiritual preparation with various practices based on the Beatitudes which helped us serve the Lord in holiness as we journey together toward holiness in Joy. We thanked the Lord for each other for every blessings and favours received from His infinite mercy, for being with us as we continue to journey to our goal that is to serve Him in holiness.
We began our celebration on 8th with a meaningful prayer service prepared by Sr. Supriya Noronha who beautifully symbolized each member of the community to incense, incense bowl, stand, coal flame, and smoke. It really helped all of us to reflect and to answer the Lord. We had a fellowship meal together.
On the 9th of December, we went to the Kune mission to share our joy and gifts with the girls. There we conducted a short programme, animated a few games and Christmas a message was given by Sr. Regina Fernandes.
