On 7 September 2019, A seminar on POSH – Prevention of sexual harassment was held for the teaching and non-teaching staff of Auxilium Convent High School and Junior College, Ahmednagar. The sisters of the community, as well as the helpers, also attended this seminar. The resource persons sensitized the gathering on the various rules and regulations which are made to protect the employees in their workplaces. The POSCO Act which safeguards the rights and dignity of children was also discussed in detail. It was an interactive session wherein various queries were answered and doubts were resolved.
