A CELEBRATION OF CHEERFULNESS AND HOLINESS FEAST OF OUR CO-FOUNDRESS, ST. MARY MAZZARELLO – 11 JULY 2026 – AUXILIUM NANDGAD

Today, 11th July 2026, we joyfully celebrated the beautiful feast of our Co-Foundress, St. Mary Mazzarello, at Auxilium High School, Nandgad. The celebration was prayerful, meaningful, and filled with joy.

The programme began with a warm welcome to all the sisters with a thunderous round of applause and the presentation of flowers. This was followed by a beautiful prayer service and a hymn in honour of St. Mary Mazzarello, creating an atmosphere of gratitude and devotion.

The students conducted the programme with confidence through graceful anchoring. They sang a melodious song dedicated to St. Mary Mazzarello, touching the hearts of everyone present. A meaningful skit portrayed important incidents from the life of Mother Mazzarello, highlighting her hardworking nature, deep spirit of prayer, and her generous service to others, especially during the time of the typhoid epidemic. The students also presented beautiful handmade artistic greeting cards to each of the sisters as a token of their love and gratitude.

A vibrant dance depicting the life and mission of St. Mary Mazzarello added colour and enthusiasm to the celebration. At the end of the programme, our Superior, Sr. Latha Arogiaswamy, addressed the students with an inspiring message, encouraging them to imitate the virtues of St. Mary Mazzarello by living lives of faith, joy, service, and love.

The celebration concluded on a joyful note as all the students received a piece of cake. Later, the teachers gathered together for a fellowship lunch, making the feast a memorable occasion of prayer, unity, and celebration.
