A CELEBRATION OF FAITH, JOY, AND SERVICE – AUXILIUM CARANZALEM

The Feast of our Co-foundress, St. Mary Domenica Mazzarello, was celebrated with great joy and devotion at Auxilium Caranzalem.

On 11th July, the High School section marked the occasion with a meaningful prayer service, followed by a skit depicting the life of St. Mary Domenica Mazzarello. The students also presented a vibrant dance, and a class-wise quiz competition was conducted to help them deepen their knowledge of the saint. The winners were awarded prizes in recognition of their efforts. At the end of the programme, refreshments were distributed to all the children before they were dismissed for the day.

A solemn Eucharistic Celebration was also held for the teachers, the educating community, past pupils, and neighbouring Religious. The Holy Mass was followed by a fellowship lunch, fostering a spirit of communion and thanksgiving.

On 13th July, the Primary Section celebrated the feast with a meaningful prayer service. The little children presented a delightful musical portraying the childhood and adolescence of St. Mary Domenica Mazzarello, highlighting her faith, simplicity, and love for God and others. The Manager, Sr. Jonita Antao, addressed the children and inspired them to imitate the virtues of the saint. Sr. Celine Pinto congratulated the young actors and dancers for their enthusiastic performance and appreciated everyone who contributed to making the celebration a memorable one.

The feast celebrations inspired the entire school community to follow the example of St. Mary Domenica Mazzarello by living lives of faith, joy, service, and love.
