Auxilium School, Nandgad, celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The school campus was filled with a festive spirit as staff, students, and guests gathered for the grand celebration.

The chief guest for the occasion was Fr. Peter Nazareth from the IC Parish, who was warmly welcomed by the school band. After the flag hoisting, the students sang the National Anthem, the National Song, and the Flag Song with pride and patriotic spirit.

The program began with a meaningful prayer service, invoking God’s blessings for the nation and its people. The students expressed their love for the country through patriotic dances, melodious songs, and a beautifully presented mime show, which conveyed a powerful and authentic message about freedom and responsibility.

In his inspiring address, Fr. Peter spoke on the true meaning of freedom. He encouraged the students to reflect on how they can be truly free and actively contribute to the progress of the country through discipline, unity, and dedication.

The celebration concluded with a renewed sense of pride and commitment among all present, to work towards a brighter and more prosperous India.
