15th August was a beautiful day for the community of Auxilium Velim. The day began by glorifying God and honouring Mary our Mother and praying for our country through a well animated Morning Prayer. We also began the Marian month. During the Holy Rosary we prayed for various needs of the world and again in the evening we gathered around Mary to pay our homage to her through singing hymns
On the feast of the Assumption and the 74th Independence Day, here at Kunegaon we had a beautiful celebration. In the morning the National Flag was hoisted where we had Sr. Teresa Dharmaraj as the Chief Guest. A few children of our village were also present. During the prayer moment, we prayed that Mary our Mother may free us all from Covid-19.
On 14th August we the sisters and the girls solemnly welcomed our Blessed Mother in our house and in our hearts as we began the Marian month for the year 2020. On 15th August 2020 we the Management and the staff of Auxilium Convent hoisted the flag in the school premises. Rev. Sr. Teresa Vettickal, the manager of the school hoisted the flag and National Anthem was intoned by the members present on the occasion. Our S.S.C and H.S.C toppers were felicitated at Auxilium, Ahmednagar today. The students were accompanied by their parents. The school management and the staff were overjoyed at the excellent performance of our budding Auxilians. The students expressed their deep feelings of gratitude towards the school, owing their success to the teachers and the Sisters and thanked everyone for the constant support and accompaniment which they experienced all through.
