We at Auxilium celebrated our Value Education week beginning from 17 February 2020. It concluded with the Catechetical day on 28 February 2020. All the programmes comprising of skits, a mime act, dances, songs and the like revolved around the theme of ‘Holiness’. There was much to learn from the young Auxilians as they skillfully exhibited the values of forgiveness, kindness, generosity, respect, obedience, punctuality, meekness, humility and love. The

We, at Auxilium Wadala, welcomed our dear Sr.Phyllis Neves with the grand welcome on the 25th of February with the Indian tradition and with Guard of Honour. Our community visitation began with animated prayers and a meaningful Eucharistic celebration celebrated by Bishop Barthol Barretto. Sr.
The Province of St. Mary Mazzarello warmly welcomed our Visiting Councillor Sr. Phyllis Neves. Sr. Phyllis arrived on the 22nd of March 2020. Sr. Rita Dora Thomas, Provincial, Sr. Rita D’Souza, the Bursar and Sr. Supriya Noronha, the Secretary greeted Sr. Phyllis Neves at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai. On 24th March Fr. Ashley Miranda, the Vice Provincial of the Salesian Mumbai Province celebrated the solemn inaugural Eucharist.
On 15th February 2020 Auxilium High School, English Medium had been to Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar for an excursion. The students from Std. VI and Std. VII participated in it. The bus facility was provided. The students along with their teachers left at 7.00 am. Auxilium Convent High School, Bandra, Pali Hill Secured the Greenest School Award in the Green School Campaign 2019-2020 during the Award ceremony on 29th February 2020. As part of the award, the Maschio Foundation announced a cash prize of Rs. One Lakh to Auxilium Convent High School, Bandra, Pali Hill. February 28th was observed as National Science Day. During the morning assembly, the significance of the day was explained. A brief synopsis of the work of Professor Sir C.V. Raman was presented. A slide show and videos on Chandrayaan was shown on the class edge of every class.
Work is worship. With symbols of different works adorned at the backdrop, the school commemorated Workers’ Day on 28th February 2020. Each worker serving in our school campus was welcomed with an arti and tilak. They were also honoured with a rose presented by the students. A prayer moment was animated imploring God’s blessing on our workers and thanking God for the gift of each of them to the Institute.
0n 29th of February 2020, we celebrated Anand Mela at Maria Sharan, Keshnand. The most awaited event- Anand Mela was attended by the children of the locality and by our inmates. The main organizers were Sr. Justina Rodrigues, with her team of volunteers of PIME brothers and the past pupils. The Anand Mela was well organized.
