The feast of blessed Laura Vicuna was celebrated at St. John Bosco Church, Savedi on 22nd January 2021. It started with the Rosary followed by the Holy Eucharist celebrated by Fr. Thomas D’Costa SDB. The Cooperators renewed their promises during the Mass under the guidance of Sr. Nilima Rodrigues.
Thereafter Sr. Rita Lobo, the animator of LV Niwas presented the candidates with a Rosary and memento of Laura Vicuna. The melodious choir of the Sisters and the meaningful liturgy was appreciated by all the Parishioners. At the end of the Mass, a powerpoint presentation was screened on the life of Bl. Laura Vicuna.
It was a fruitful day where we all celebrated the feast with joy and in each other’s company.
