The teachers of Auxilium Convent, Wadala, conducted an interactive webinar for the Salesian sisters of the Mumbai Province on “Positive narration in behaviour management cycle” on 24th October, 2021.
Trs. Gangalaxmi Gadam, Vidhi Patankar and Genefar Michael spoke about the importance of creating a positive learning environment, positive reinforcement and and positive narration in the classroom. The sisters were divided into 6 groups and relevant case studies were presented to be discussed. It was indeed an interesting and interactive session leading us to affirm that words do have the power to build as well as destroy and thus we, as educators need to be positive in our approach in the teaching learning process of education.
