“Children are the best creation of God, they spread joy in every season”.
We at Ashish Bhavan kune celebrated Children’s Day with the collaboration with SJ fathers on 14 and 15th of November 2021. It was great day and almost 130 children participated in this event. They were from three different vadis. Celebration begun with prayer moment, Sr. Carol and Sr. Reshma guided the prayer followed by appropriate song and Fr. Caesar spoke a few words. The registration was done by Sr. Carol, Sr. Asha and youth. Then games were led by Sr.Vencila along with the Sisters and the volunteers. Different games were conducted like water games, relay games and the like.
A delicious lunch was served. After lunch an entertainment programme presented by every group. The Children’s Day ended with a prize distribution. Snacks and ice cream was served and each one received a gift.
The day indeed was a happy one for the children, the volunteers and the Sisters.
