Leaders are not born but are made by their experiences in life”. To inculcate the leadership qualities in the students and to give them a feel of functioning of the administrative body, a school student body was created after rigorous selection.
The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2033-23 was held on the 28th of June 2022.Theme chosen for this year is Building Leaders.The chief guest for the event was Our Manager Sr Rosy Mascarenhas and our Headmistress Sr Elizabeth Coelho.
The ceremony began with the Prayer Service conducted by the 10 std students who led us in prayer with their melodious singing .During the prayer service each leader was a signed a significant building material , indicating its strength and utility and how only in union and cooperation with one another a good leader can be built.
Our Headmistress assisted the leaders in saying their vows and inspired and encouraged the elected leaders to be dutiful and responsible in her address to the gathering.
The march by all the prefects was a spectacular event which set the mood for the day .
Our manager wished the student leaders in completing responsibilities entrusted to them in the year ahead. She also mentioned the efforts taken by the School in promoting children’s democratic and social skills .Her words of advice were highly motivating to the students.
