To inculcate the leadership qualities in students and to give them a feel of being an important and integral part of the school administrative body, Investiture ceremony is held every year.
This momentous day of Investiture ceremony 2022-23 dawned to bestow responsibilities on the deserving young talents of the school to lead their school from the front with their commitment, confidence and competence. The Auxilium Convent school, Ahmednagar held the ceremony with great enthusiasm. It was the occasion where the young students were all prepared to don the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities entrusted to them by the school.
The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2022-23 was held on the 29th of June 2022. The chief guest for the event was Police Inspector of Ahmednagar Mrs Jyoti Gadkari.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest Police Inspector Mrs. Jyoti Gadkari, manager Sr.Rita Lobo, Principal Sr. Jacintha pinto, , High school Supervisor Sr.Nilima, Primary supervisor Sr Reshma.
A prayer service was performed by the primary students and prayer dance was performed by the girls of grade 8th which held everyone captive to their performance. This was followed by the introduction and felicitation of the chief guest Mrs Jyoti Gadkari , the manager Sr Rita Lobo and the principal Sr Jacintha Pinto.
The outgoing head girl and head boy of academic year 2021-22 with the slow march handed over the flag to the principal and showed their gratitude to the management and school in their speech.
New office bearers were announced by the principal Sr. Jacintha. The Principal handed over the flags to the head girl, head boy, house leaders and pinned the badges. Then the Principal administered the oath to the newly elected head girl and head boy and the house leaders.
Sr Manager Rita Lobo presented club leaders and primary and high school prefects with their scarves and batches. Chief guest Mrs Jyoti Gadkari presented the Monitors with their batches.The Oath taking ceremony was led by teacher Vishaka.
Chief guest, The Manager and The Principal congratulated the newly appointed School leaders for their preparedness to take up responsibilities entrusted to them.
In her address, the Chief Guest Mrs. Jyoti Gadkari appreciated the efforts by the school for providing opportunities to the students to take part in activities like these and to inculcate the values in students. She also congratulated the newly appointed school leaders for their preparedness to take responsibilities. She asked them to use these opportunities well. She motivated all students to think about career, grab the opportunities despite their financial situation and work hard to achieve it, give respect to teachers and parents and keep distance from social media.
Ishwari Walke X std student proposed the vote of thanks and the programme concluded with the singing of the school Anthem.
