AMAR # 1682 @ Pansora Hat-Trick Celebrations in a Three Dimension Capsule

At the dawn of 13 July, St. Mary Mazzarello come alive during the liturgy of the Hours and at the Eucharistic banquet officiated by Rev. Fr. John Baptist. The homily highlighted her work tenacity and childlike simplicity. Three sectors of our apostolate made our stage rock at various moments. The bright morn mirrored our protagonist St. Mary Mazzarello – A woman for all times on centre stage flanked by our Triple Jubilee logo of 150 years, 100 years and 40 years.

The Primary school children unfolded Mother Mazzrello’s care and sensitivity that soothed the pain of a boarder through the episode of the frost-bitten feet; at noon the presence of 15 young women of the sewing sector through their moment of prayer honoured our saint and at dusk 45 boarders through their enactment brought forth Mary Mazzarello’s attitudes of work, prayer and service. Dances and songs also made known her virtues, for saints are those who make ‘Goodness’ attractive. The manager Sr. Nayana Vankar explained to the recipients of the three sectors the essence of the Triple Jubilee through the logo and also gave key chains with the logo as souvenirs. The day ended on a note of joy and festivity as sisters and boarders dined together.

16July witnessed once again three celebrations in one day capsule. The village sector celebrated Mary Mazzarello’s feast, Triple Jubilee and Plantation drive. Our campus was filled with 176 tuition children from seven villages along with their study class teachers and monitoring personnel making Mother Mazzarello known through their light steps.

Sr. Nayana in her message spoke on the triple jubilee logo. Nature came alive as children shouted slogans in favour of the green zone, to plant more trees and danced to glory with the saplings. They were gifted with a plant each, key chain with a jubilee logo and snacks.

18 July was a Red letter day for our young responsible leaders as we had our school Investiture Day. Sr. Nayana our manager together with sr. sunita Dhabhi our headmistress vested the leaders with honour and Power. Sr. Nayana’s message spelt capability through the story of the shepherd who assumes responsibility for his flock. True leaders are not born they are made.
