It is said that, every path in life has an end, but this ended path gives rise to a new beginning. The students of Auxilium Convent High School bid farewell to their beloved teacher Mrs. Lorna D’Souza on the 30th August 2022. The students welcomed Tr. Lorna with cheers. There was lighting of the candle to invoke God’s presence by Tr. Lorna which was followed by a prayer service conducted by the staff. The students expressed their love towards Tr. Lorna by their dance performances and also by expressing their gratitude with a few words about her as to how she has impacted their lives. The Staff then conducted a felicitation program for Tr. Lorna where Tr. Namita shared her experience with her as to how committed and hospitable she is to all whom she encounters especially the students. The staff too offered her few gifts as a token of their love and appreciation. Sr.Teresa Vettical, our superior too thanked Tr. Lorna for her 18 years of service that she has rendered to the institute generously and wished her all the best for her future endeavors. A memento, a bouquet and a shawl was presented to Tr.Lorna by Sr.Teresa Vettical and Sr.Shiny Alphonse. Tr.Lorna thanked each and every one for being a part of her life. The staff was given lunch and return gifts by Tr. Lorna.
