8th October,16 young girls graduated from our Auxilium community nursing college. It Was a grand celebration for our students. They solemnly pledged to offer themselves wholeheartedly and serve the sick and suffering in the hospitals and at home.
We began the programme at 1pm. Our honorable chief guest was Dr. Gayatri Chitgopekar, some SDB fathers and also honorable guests were also present. We began our program with a prayer dance and felicitated all are guests with saplings. The parents and relatives of the 2nd year Auxilium Community College were also present to see their children graduating in their nursing Profession. There was joy and happiness on the faces of their Parents to behold their children coming up in life and doing something for their future.
The Chief Guest, our Superior, Sr. Rita and the 2nd year students were solemnly escorted through a procession with a band. We had a short cultural programme for the students and gave away the certificates to the 2nd year candidates. The Chief Guest, Dr. Dr.Gayatri Chitgopekar delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging and motivating the students to stand on their own feet and be thankful for the skill, knowledge and moral values received from our Institute which she stressed would seldom be received from any other institute. she encouraged the parents to help their daughters in their further studies. The day ended on a happy note with a deep sense of fulfillment and satisfaction on having set another milestone by the 16th batch of the Auxilium Community College students.
