“ONE NATION, ONE DREAM – UNITY” was the apt theme chosen for the Interfaith week. Auxilium – Pali Hill began the interfaith week from 18th January to 25th January, 2023. We highlighted the major religions of India namely – Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Jainism and Hinduism. Students of Std V to IX animated Day’s assembly creatively highlighting the significant traditions, cultures, rituals, festivals, food and clothing of the particular religion that was allotted to them. Students brought out various aspects of different religions through prayer, skit, dances and speeches etc.
On 25th January, the culmination of the interfaith week was very meaningful. Students of Std 9 conducted the assembly highlighting, how all the religions are related to environment. The interfaith week was indeed an enriching and meaningful one for the students as they were able to appreciate the beauty and richness in each religion thus growing in peace and harmony with each other and society at large.
