“We thank you for your hands that guide, lead and help!” On 5th of September, the students of Auxilium School- Nandgad expressed their gratitude towards their teachers with a very meaningful way. At the very start of the programme, the teachers were escorted solemnly by the students with a traditional aarti. During the prayer moment, the children prayed for all the teachers and implored God’s blessings on them and their families. The day was unfolded with students expressing their gratitude towards their teachers in songs, dances, skit, poems, jokes, flowers and gifts.
The teachers too expressed their gratitude to the Sisters and students who had made their day a special one. Sr. Rita Fernandes, the animator in her address expressed her gratitude towards the teachers who play an important role in shaping and moulding the students to good and responsible citizens of our country. This was followed by fun games and it was indeed a wonderful sight to see the teachers’ participation in the games. We ended this beautiful day with a fellowship meal.
