Christmas is a time where one can think of sharing the joy of Christ. At MYC, Wadala the teaching and non-teaching staff along with the support staff of all the different sectors were invited for a Christmas tea party. One could see there was festivity and cheer around. Each one was exchanging greetings and spending time together. The refectory of the Sisters was overflowing with gifts, merriment and joy. 
Later the Sisters and the teachers and the support staff were invited for the Christmas programme in the hall. Either through song, dance or a tableau each sector conveyed a message to those gathered. There was a medley of Tamil, Konkani, Marathi, Hindi and English Christmas carols. All felt at home. 
The entire programme revolved around putting Christ back into Christmas. At the end Sr. Hilda Braganza gave the Christmas message and each of those present young and old received gifts and warm greetings as they walked home.
