Independence Day !

The Pre-primary and Primary students of Auxilium Pali Hill celebrated the Independence Day on 14th August 2017. This day was celebrated with patriotic feelings and a spirit of oneness. Sr. Leema Rose, the animator was the Chief Guest for the day. Sr. Shiny Alphonse, the headmistress along with teachers and students lit the lamp and began the celebration. All students enthusiastically participated as they performed dances and patriotic songs and delivered speeches in honor of the auspicious day. Sr. Leema Rose gave an inspiring message for the day on non-violence and peace among all people.

On the 15th of August, the Auxilium Convent High School Pali Hill celebrated the 71st Independence Day with zeal and patriotism. The Chief Guest Dr. Mrs. Joan Dias hoisted the National Flag in the presence of the animator Sr. Leema Rose, the head-mistress Sr. Shiny Alphonse, the staff and the students. The programme began with a prayer moment invoking God’s blessings. The students expressed their love and devotion to our Mother Land through the song, dance and speeches. The main highlight was the street play depicting the bondage of the women folk even after 71 years of independence.  Dr. Mrs. Joan Dias stressed the significance of the day in her message by recalling the great sacrifices made by our leaders to give us freedom.Independence
