AMAR # 714 Celebration of Bl. Eusebia at Mundhwa Pune

The Feast of our Patroness Bl. Eusebia Palomino was celebrated on 11th February 2019. Her picture was beautifully decorated and placed beneath the altar. We began our day with a well-prepared power-point Morning Prayer which was followed by a festive Eucharistic celebration. During the day as our children came to School, we had a programme for them in our basement and sweets were distributed to all the kids.   Our Community

AMAR # 713 Graduation Day at Ahmednagar

The long-awaited day for our second year nursing students dawned on the 26th January 2019 as they graduated as nurses.  The programme began with the grand lezim procession played by our first year students who escorted the Chief Guest, our Provincial Sr. Rita Dora Thomas FMA, Guest of Honour, Sr. Aruna Castellino, the Manager, Sr. Teresa Plathara, in-charge of Community College Sr. Krupalatha Pereira, tutors and the second year students. 

AMAR # 712 Training for Child Care Institutions at Wadala

A seminar was held on Training for Child Care Institutions on 23rd and 24th January 2018 at Mazzarello Youth Centre, Wadala.  Altogether 21 sisters from 15 communities participated in it.  This seminar was organized in collaboration with the NGO Miracle Foundation India, who is partnering with the Salesian Sisters at PCI level towards training the boarding personal to provide family-based care in our boardings.  Mrs. Banu from Miracle Foundation, Sr.

AMAR # 711 Maria Vihar Hostel Annual Day

On 3rd February 2019, we celebrated Hostel Day. The Chief Guest of the function was Mr. Laxikant Manekar. The red-letter day for the special day. Most people spoke well in praise of our hostel as one of the best hostels of the Nashik city and of our special charisma towards the youth. AMAR # 710 Workers' Day at Aux-Ahmednagar

Our extended hands – our beloved helpers of the school and the community were felicitated with great love as we celebrated Workers’ Day. The students diligently took up various jobs and responsibilities of the workers of the school for the day, giving them rest from their daily labours. AMAR # 709 Vth Regional Congress - Chennai

The V Regional Congress of Salesian Cooperators (South Asia) held in Chennai from 25-26 January 2019, on the theme, Social Dimension of Salesian Cooperators’ Vocation. It was very well organized by the delegates and S. Cooperators of the Chennai Province in keeping with our Salesian spirit. We were more than 80 enthusiastic participants from all the FMA and SDB Provinces of India, including 8 of us from the INB Province.

AMAR # 708 Aux-Pali Hill, Bandra celebrates Gratitude Day

Gratitude Day was held on January 16th, 2019 at Auxilium Convent high school Pali Hill Bandra. The theme ‘You colour our life’ was highlighted by the teachers and students through their short programme. The Sisters were escorted by the students. AMAR # 707 LEAD – 2019 FOUNTAINHEAD ALIBAUG

On 28th January 2019 the students of Auxilium Convent High School, Bandra participated in Lead – 2019 seminar organised by Edelweiss, a leading financial services company. Students of 18 schools participated in this seminar which was held at Fountainhead Leadership Centre. AMAR # 706 Republic Day at Aux-Pali Hill, Bandra

Republic day was celebrated by Auxilium Convent high school along with Tech Mahindra staff and students on 26th January at Auxilium ground. Respected Chief Guest Mr. Rehan Merchant, the Community Sisters, and Tech Mahindra staff were escorted by the students to the stage. The Chief Guest hoisted the national flag followed by the National Anthem and the Preamble was recited. The chief guest was welcomed with the sapling. This was
