Youth Marian Evening at Auxilium, Nandgad!

 Today’s Youth are tomorrow’s future. It was a great event to all our youth of Immaculate Conception Parish, Nandgad. On 2^nd September at 2.30 pm, the 24 of them gathered in the Auxilium Convent hall for the celebration of Marian evening.  We began the evening with the Rosary animated by Sr. Antonette Horta. It was then followed by thanking the office Bearers of 2016 and welcoming the new elected office bearers for the year 2017. Fr. Prashanth Lobo, the assistant priest and Sr. Antonette welcomed the new office bearers and thanked the outgoing ones with flowers and were offered a key chain. Fr. Prashanth Lobo gave a short talk on the importance of Mary in our life through the game. The youth were all prepared and eagerly waiting for the Marian quiz and games to enjoy and learn. So later we divided them into three groups like Fatima, Vailankanni and Lourdes.  Sr. Reshma Rosario conducted the quiz and the Marian games. The youth were very active and creative and they enjoyed the evening to the full. At the end Fr. Prashanth, Dn. Calistus and Sr. Reshma gave away the prizes. At 5.00 pm with snacks we concluded the Marian evening. It was a successful and memorable evening to all of us. We thank all those who helped us for this great event.
