Capturing Nature Through Young Eyes

On 8th July 2026, Auxilium International School organised its Theme-Based Photography Contest 2026 for the Primary Section, inspiring learners to celebrate the beauty of nature through photography. Held in observance of National Camera Day and Van Mahotsav Week, the event encouraged children to observe their surroundings with creativity, curiosity, and appreciation.

The programme began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a warm welcome for the distinguished panel of judges, followed by the presentation of eco-friendly potted plants as tokens of gratitude. A total of 26 learners from CIPP 1 to CIPP 4 showcased their talent through age-appropriate themes, capturing nature from their own unique perspectives.

Participants confidently shared the stories behind their photographs as they were evaluated on creativity, originality, theme connection, composition, observation, and presentation. The exhibition also gave other learners an opportunity to appreciate the inspiring work of their peers.

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks and the presentation of handmade appreciation cards to the judges. More than a competition, the Photography Contest was a celebration of imagination, confidence, environmental awareness, and artistic expression, reflecting Auxilium International School's commitment to holistic learning.
