CELEBRATED THE FEAST OF MOTHER MAZZARELLO

On 18 July 2026 we celebrated the feast of St Mary Mazzarello at Auxilium Niwas, Shirva. On this festive occasion, the community gathered together in joy and gratitude to honor the life and legacy of our saintly foundress. The celebration was marked by simplicity, devotion, and heartfelt participation. The program began with a short prayer moment, inviting everyone to reflect on the spirit of Mother Mazzarello, her deep faith, and her dedication to the mission of education and service. Following this, the girls presented a dance depicting the values and virtues of Mother Mazzarello, bringing her inspiring journey to life through graceful movements and expressions. A short introduction was then given, highlighting her life story, her role as co-foundress of the Salesian Sisters, and her commitment to guiding young people with love and wisdom. The celebration concluded with Sr. Monica Shera, the Animator, sharing a thought-provoking reflection on Mother Mazzarello’s life, reminding everyone of her enduring message of simplicity, humility, and service.The program ended on a note of gratitude and inspiration, encouraging all present to carry forward the values of Mother Mazzarello in their daily lives.
