CELEBRATION OF MOTHER MAZZARELLO - AUXILIUM KASARKOD

On 13July 2026 Auxilium Kasarkod, joyfully celebrated the feast of St. Mary Domenica Mazzarello, the Co-foundress of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (Salesian Sisters). The celebration was inspired by the theme "Living the Dream of Mornese," inviting everyone to imbibe the values and spirit of Mother Mazzarello.

The programme began with a prayerful gathering and homage to Mother Mazzarello. The beautifully decorated statue of the saint reminded everyone of her life of simplicity, holiness, and loving service. Students then presented vibrant cultural programmes, including graceful dances, meaningful skits, and creative performances that portrayed the life, virtues, and mission of Mother Mazzarello. The performances reflected her deep love for God, her concern for the young, and her joyful Salesian spirit.

Children and the staff enthusiastically participated in the celebration, while the Sisters, staff, appreciated their talents and dedication. The audience was inspired by the message that every young person is called to dream, serve, and spread joy, just as Mother Mazzarello did.

The celebration concluded with words of encouragement, urging everyone to live the values of faith, simplicity, charity, and cheerful service in their daily lives. The day was a beautiful expression of gratitude and joy, strengthening the Salesian family in its commitment to continue "Living the Dream of Mornese."

At the end of the celebration, sweets were distributed to all the children and staff. Everyone sweetened their mouths and shared the joy of the feast with happiness and gratitude.
