Cluster-Level Sports Meet - Auxilium School, Nandgad

Auxilium School, Nandgad, had the privilege of hosting the Nandgad Cluster-Level Sports Meet on the 11th and 12th of August. The event brought together six local schools—KV Nandgad, AV Nandgad, SRMRS Nandgad, MGHS Nandgad, NRES Nandgad, and Auxilium School itself—for two days of spirited competition.

This year, Auxilium School was entrusted with organizing the meet, and the event was meticulously planned and executed, earning appreciation from the entire locality. The chief guest for the occasion was Dr. Jagdish K.K., Paediatrician and Administrator at C.S.C. Nandgad, accompanied by the Physical Education teachers of the participating schools.

The opening ceremony began with a prayer dance, invoking blessings on the participants and the success of the event. The march past by all participating schools, with students proudly carrying their school flags, set a tone of unity and healthy competition. Dr. Jagdish, in his inspiring address, encouraged the students to strive for excellence both in sports and in life. He officially declared the meet open by throwing the shot put.

Over the two days, students showcased their skills and energy in a range of individual and team events, including track events and the field events , separate categories for boys and girls, The atmosphere was electric, with participants competing enthusiastically and spectators cheering them on.

The sports meet concluded with the lowering of the flag and singing of the National Anthem, marking the end of an event that fostered sportsmanship, teamwork, and community spirit.
