Empowering Educators Through Subject-Specific Workshops

These sessions aimed to update teachers on new methodologies, enhance lesson delivery, and promote practical application of knowledge. The focus was on equipping educators with effective teaching strategies that help students connect classroom learning to real-life situations.

English Language Workshop:    The English teachers’ workshop was conducted by Ms. Sudha Shah, a certified English language trainer. Around 16 language teachers actively participated in the session. Ms. Shah’s deep subject knowledge and engaging presentation style made the workshop both insightful and enjoyable. Through interactive games and group presentations, she demonstrated how to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively, enhancing both teaching techniques and classroom engagement.

Hindi/Gujarati/Sanskrit Language Workshop

A knowledge-enhancing and practical workshop on the subject of Hindi was organized and 20 teachers participated in the workshop with great enthusiasm. Ms. Kamna Gupta brings with her over 27 years of experience in the field of education, who holds a Gold Medal in M.A. Hindi Literature, conducted the seminar. She introduced the depth of grammar through various interactive activities, including

.Following Instructions (Nirdesh Palan)

.Word Formation (Shabda Rachana)

· Grammar-based games focused on Matras (vowel marks)

· Spelling – Awareness of Classical and Standard Forms

All the activities were participation-based, and the teachers took part enthusiastically and energetically.

     Pre-Primary Teachers’ Workshop

A workshop on “Teacher’s Orientation and Admin Portal” was held on 3rd June 2025, led by Mrs. Meenu Thakkar and organized by One Learn Education for pre-primary educators. The session introduced NEP 2020 and NCF, highlighting their emphasis on holistic and inclusive education. Key topics included Bloom’s Taxonomy and the five-step traditional Indian teaching process. Mrs. Thakkar emphasized blending academic skills with life values for well-rounded student growth. Teachers also received hands-on training in using the Admin Portal for efficient digital classroom management. The workshop ended with an engaging Q&A, leaving participants inspired and well-equipped.

Math/Science Teachers seminar
Ms. Neha Khanvani, founder of Pravah Counselling, conducted the workshop for Math and Science teachers. The workshop focused on the National Education Policy (NEP), advocating for experiential, competency-based learning suited for a VUCA world. Ms. Khanvani emphasized the “What-How-Why” approach to lesson planning, balanced brain development, emotional well-being, and multilingualism. Teachers explored real-life application of foundational skills, integration of Indian knowledge systems, and age-appropriate pedagogy. The session was highly interactive, practical, and aligned with modern educational needs. Certificates were distributed, and a heartfelt vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs. Niha Patel.

The workshops proved to be a valuable platform for professional growth, fostering innovation and reflective teaching practices. They empowered educators with updated strategies to create engaging, meaningful, and real-world connected learning experiences for students.
