Feast of Don Bosco at Auxilium Carona

Feast of Don Bosco at Auxilium was celebrated on 31st January with great joy. The boarders in colourful dresses participated in the Eucharist with devotion and love. The decorated picture of Don Bosco added to the beauty of day.

The programme began with a fervent prayer moment in which the children took part with devotion. They sang hymns to Don Bosco with great fervour.

The boarders were well prepared by Sr. Asha D’Monty the skit on Don Bosco’s dream at the age of nine and as a priest how he put this message of changing wolves into lamb, not by blows but by kindness into practice. They also prayed fervently during his illness which was caused due to untiring work for his boys.

The programme was concluded with a melodious hymn to Don Bosco. At the end snacks were serve to them.
