Auxilium Centre, Velim, launched a Hospitality Course in Food and Beverage Service with Front Office in March 2025, in collaboration with Auxilium Skills Academy (an NGO) and NABARD. The six-month course was successfully conducted, culminating in a certificate distribution ceremony on 20th August 2025 at the Auxilium Centre. The event was graced by Mr. Rupesh Bhamaikar, the District Development Manager (DDM) of NABARD.

The aim of the course was to prepare young individuals for leadership and operational roles in the dynamic hospitality industry. The program was designed to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills, empowering participants to excel in service, management, and customer relations.

The course objectives included providing an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, including operations in hotels, resorts, and restaurants. It also aimed to develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Participants were trained in core operational areas such as front office management and food & beverage service, while also being instilled with values of professionalism, ethics, and guest satisfaction.

The successful completion of the course by 29 young boys and girls marks a significant step toward building a brighter future. They are now enthusiastic and well-prepared to continue their journey in the hospitality sector through internships and subsequent job training opportunities.
