On 21st June, Auxilium School Nandgad celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. A meaningful assembly was conducted to mark the occasion, highlighting the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being.
The Physical Education teacher led the students through various yoga exercises, including breathing techniques and Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutations). The session aimed to instill the value of maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular practice of yoga.
The celebration served as a reminder of the age-old Indian tradition of yoga and its relevance in today’s fast-paced life.
