INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2025 –’26 – AUXILIUM WADALA

  The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2025–26 was held with great reverence and pride on 30th June 2025 in Sr. Berta’s Hall, Auxilium Convent High School. The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of Manager Sr. Rita D’Souza, Principal Sr. Gloria Ferrao, and Supervisor Sr. Kalyani Subramanium.

The program commenced with a warm welcome, followed by a prayer service and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries, invoking divine blessings for the academic year ahead.          

  The newly elected Ministers and Assistant Ministers took the stage, proudly accompanied by their parents. Each student confidently introduced themselves to the gathering of students and teachers, marking the beginning of their leadership journey.

Principal Sr. Gloria Ferrao then officially conferred responsibilities upon the newly appointed leaders. A symbolic and heartfelt moment followed, as the outgoing Head Girl handed over the school flag to the newly appointed Head Girl, signifying the transfer of duties and responsibilities.                     

  Manager Sr. Rita D’Souza honoured the members of the Student Council with sashes, scarves, and badges. Sr. Gloria Ferrao conferred the badges to the prefects, while Sr. Kalyani Subramanium presented badges to the class monitresses.

To uplift the spirit and confidence of the young leaders, the choir melodiously rendered the inspirational hymn “It Takes Courage.” This was followed by the solemn pledge-taking ceremony, where all leaders vowed to uphold their duties with sincerity, dedication, and integrity. The event concluded with a prayer and the spirited rendition of the school anthem.

The ceremony came to a meaningful close with an encouraging speech by Manager Sr. Rita D’Souza, who inspired the student leaders to be role models of honesty, commitment, and service. The event concluded with a group photograph of the Student Council for official documentation.
