The Investiture Ceremony of Auxilium School, Ahilyanagar, was held with great enthusiasm and dignity on 29th June 2026, marking the official induction of the newly elected School Cabinet for the academic year 2026–27. The ceremony celebrated leadership, responsibility, and the spirit of service, inspiring students to uphold the values and traditions of the institution.

The programme commenced with the school band proudly escorting the newly elected student leaders along with the distinguished Chief Guest, Fr. Richard D'Silva, SDB, Parish Priest of Don Bosco Church, Savedi, Ahilyanagar. The solemn procession was followed by a prayer service, invoking God's blessings upon the newly appointed office bearers as they embarked on their journey of leadership.

The dignitaries, including the Chief Guest, Sr. Valerie Parera (School Manager), Sr. Maria (Principal), and Sr. Reshma (Primary Headmistress), were warmly welcomed with saplings, symbolising growth, hope, and a commitment to nurturing future generations.

A significant moment of the ceremony was the handing over of the school flag. Vihaan Yogesh Wilayate, the Head Boy of the academic year 2025–26, respectfully returned the school flag to Sr. Maria, signifying the successful completion of his tenure and the formal transition of leadership to the new School Cabinet.

The investiture ceremony continued with the appointment of the Head Girl and Assistant Head Boy of the High School, followed by the Head Boy and Assistant Head Girl of the Primary Section. Each leader was invested with the scarf, badge, sash, and the school flag, symbolising the honour, trust, and responsibility entrusted to them. Subsequently, the House Captains, Sports Captains, Scout and Guide Captains, Cubs and Bulbul Captains, Prefects, and Class Monitors were also formally invested with their badges of office.

Addressing the gathering, Fr. Richard D'Silva, SDB, congratulated the newly elected leaders and encouraged them to lead with humility, honesty, discipline, and compassion. He reminded them that true leadership is reflected through selfless service, integrity, and the ability to inspire others through action.

The newly elected Head Girl then shared her heartfelt feelings, expressing gratitude for the confidence placed in the School Cabinet and assuring everyone of the team's sincere commitment to serve the school with dedication and responsibility.

Teachers, parents, and students congratulated the newly elected School Cabinet and wished them success as they prepared to shoulder their new responsibilities. The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, the management, the staff, parents, and everyone who contributed to making the occasion memorable.

The Investiture Ceremony served as a reminder that leadership is not merely about holding a position of authority but about setting an example through commitment, service, and character. It marked the beginning of a promising journey for the newly elected student leaders, who now carry the responsibility of leading Auxilium School with pride and excellence. We thank our dear sisters and teachers who help us to learn to take up responsibilities and to be good students and honest citizens of our country while we receive whole round development in our prestigious Auxilium School Ahilyanagar.
