LEADERSHIP SESSION FOR THE STUDENTS – AUXILIUM AHILYANAGAR

Today we had a wonderful time with our own past pupil Mr. Karan Bheda, who addressed the Club Captains, Assistants, and House Captains with their Assistants. It was truly overwhelming to listen to him and to receive his inspiring guidance.

He spoke about the true qualities of leadership — that it is not just about holding a position but about taking responsibility, setting a good example, working together as a team, and inspiring others through honesty and dedication. He encouraged us to build self-confidence, think positively, and continue learning without ever stopping.

Mr. Bheda also highlighted the importance of communication in everyday life. He taught us how to express ideas clearly, listen attentively, speak with confidence, and improve our public speaking skills. Through interactive activities and practical examples, he showed us that effective communication is one of the most essential qualities of a successful leader.

Our leaders learned that leadership means service, responsibility, and inspiration, while communication means clarity, confidence, and connection. The session was interactive, motivating, and full of practical lessons that will help us grow as better leaders and communicators in school and beyond.

In his heartfelt words, Mr. Bheda also thanked the school for shaping him into who he is today — for the English he learned to speak and the values he imbibed during his student life. He proudly mentioned that he belongs to the 2004 batch, making the moment even more special for all of us.

The workshop was organized under the guidance of Sr. Reshma Rosario, Club Incharge, along with the dedicated teachers in charge of various clubs.
