SEMINAR FOR TEACHERS – AUXILIUM BARODA

Auxilium Baroda organized a teachers’ seminar on 7th February 2026 under the English Saathi programme, featuring a masterclass on “Effective Communication in English — from Voice to Classroom Actions.” The session was conducted by Mrs. Shaily Shah, an experienced educator and trainer.

The session began with an engaging ice-breaking activity where teachers introduced themselves using their names along with a suitable adjective that encouraged reflection and active participation. The session focused on two key takeaways — giving clear instructions using five structured steps, demonstrated through a sandwich-making activity, and providing effective feedforward to promote student growth.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A round and a vote of thanks. Overall, the seminar was engaging and enriched teachers with practical classroom strategies.
