TEACHERS’ DAY AND GIRL CHILD DAY CELEBRATION - AUXILIUM VELIM

On 12th September 2026, Teachers’ Day and Girl Child Day were celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm with our joyful learning students. The programme was a beautiful occasion to express gratitude to teachers and celebrate the dignity, talents, and importance of every girl child. The programme began with a prayer, seeking God’s blessings for the celebration. This was followed by a lively dance performance as a tribute to the teachers, which added joy and excitement to the gathering. A cake-cutting ceremony was then held to mark the occasion. The students expressed their gratitude and appreciation to their teachers through beautifully prepared cards, sharing messages of love and thankfulness.

As part of the Girl Child Day celebration, the girls were felicitated with flowers as a token of love and appreciation. Various games were conducted, creating an atmosphere of fun, laughter, and togetherness. The students enthusiastically participated in the activities. Sr. Macline D’ Souza gave an inspiring and meaningful message. She encouraged the girls never to remain silent when facing difficulties or concerns and reminded them to be open and honest with their parents. Her message highlighted the importance of communication, trust, and seeking guidance from loved ones. The winners of the games were awarded prizes. This was followed by the distribution of tokens of love and appreciation to the girls, making the celebration even more special and memorable.

The programme concluded with the distribution of snacks to the students. The celebration was a joyful and meaningful experience, filled with gratitude, love, encouragement, and fellowship.
