TEACHERS ORIENTATION PROGRAMME AND CAPACITY BUILDING SESSION 2025-2026 – AUXILIUM LONAVALA

During the academic year 2024–25, Tr. Vaishali and Tr. Margaret attended a training session on Global Citizenship Education and Development (GCED). On June 13, 2025, at Auxilium Convent School, they shared their valuable all learning with our teachers through a well-organized Teaching Orientation Programme.

The session proved to be a deeply enriching experience. With clarity and enthusiasm, Trs. Vaishali and Margaret introduced essential concepts such as the interdisciplinary approach, experiential learning, and the Technopoiesis lesson plan. Their presentation also highlighted the impactful methods of Dr. Coomi and Donna, emphasizing the importance of student-centered teaching practices that nurture creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.

Building on this momentum, a Teacher Capacity Building session was held on June 14, 2025, led by Dr. Kajal Chhatija, founder of Edu Drone – We Connect, along with Mrs. Rashida Hastar, the Coordinator. This session focused on empowering educators to become compassionate change agents, aligning with the vision of NEP 2020 and NCF 2022.

The session was lively and interactive, filled with joyful activities, games, collaborative exercises, and practical teaching strategies. It served as a powerful reminder that teaching is not just a profession, but a journey of growth, connection, and transformation.
