On 15th October 2025, the Auxilium family at Baroda came together for a Triple Celebration — a day filled with festivity, appreciation, and fond farewells. The management, teaching and non-teaching staff, along with students from both English and Gujarati mediums, gathered as one united family to celebrate Diwali – the Festival of Lights, Workers’ Day, and to bid farewell to Mrs. Rita Macwan and Mrs. Tulika Goel two beloved teachers.

The celebration began with a warm welcome and the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by dignitaries, symbolizing the light of knowledge and the blessings of togetherness. A meaningful prayer service followed, invoking peace, gratitude, and divine grace upon everyone present.

To mark the spirit of the day, the retiring teachers and their guests were greeted with saplings, symbolizing growth and continuity, while the support staff received lamps, a gesture of appreciation for being the shining lights who keep the institution glowing.

The atmosphere came alive with a vibrant Diwali dance performed by the students, spreading joy and festive cheer. The students then dedicated a special programme to the retiring teachers, expressing their love and gratitude through songs, speeches, and dances that touched every heart.

We bid farewell to Mrs. Rita Macwan from the Gujarati Medium, who faithfully served the institution for 28 glorious years, and Mrs. Tulika Goel from the English Medium, who completed 18 years of dedicated service. Both teachers were felicitated by the School Manager Sr. Philomena D’Souza and the Principal Sr. Philomena Lobo with shawls, mementos, and gifts as tokens appreciation.

The celebration continued with the felicitation of our hardworking support staff. Students performed a meaningful dance in their honour expressing their gratitude for their commitment, and tokens of gratitude were presented to each worker for their invaluable contribution. On behalf of all workers, Mr. Dashrath Rathwa expressed his heartfelt thanks to the management and staff for their recognition and kindness.

The day concluded on a note of thanksgiving, radiating warmth, joy, and gratitude. It was truly a day that reflected the Auxilium spirit — where every light shines, every heart feels valued, and every bond grows stronger.
