WELCOMING NEW CANDIDATES TO THE INB PROVINCE ST. JOSEPH TRAINING CENTER, LONAVLA,

07 JULY 2025

  It was with great joy and gratitude that the INB Province of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA) warmly welcomed a new group of candidates who have joined us from various parts of India. Their arrival marks a new chapter of growth, unity, and shared mission within our religious family.

The welcome ceremony took place at the St. Joseph Training Center in Lonavla on the evening of 07 July 2025. It was a simple yet heartfelt moment, marked by prayer, song, and symbolic gestures of love and acceptance. The Superior of the community, together with the Aspirants, led the evening's welcome during the Good Night talk. A few kind and encouraging words were shared to express our delight at their presence among us and to assure them of our support as they begin their formation journey.                     

  Each new candidate was welcomed with a song and presented with a rose — a gesture symbolizing love, friendship, and the beginning of a beautiful journey with God and the Salesian family. We thank God for the gift of these young women who have responded to His call with faith and generosity. May their time in formation be one of deep spiritual growth, joyful service, and discovery of God’s will in their lives. Let us keep them in our prayers as they take their first steps in religious life, guided by Mary our Mother and our beloved St. John Bosco and St. Mary Mazzarello.
