Auxilium High School, Benaulim celebrated Workers’ Day on the 19th of February 2026 with great respect and gratitude to our support staff. The theme for the celebration was “Honouring the Hands That Serve.” The day was dedicated to appreciate the hard work, dedication, and selfless service of all the support staff members of our school.

The celebration began with a solemn Eucharistic Celebration offered for the well-being and intentions of all the workers. The Mass reminded everyone of the dignity of labour and the importance of valuing every individual’s contribution to the school community. After the Mass, a short meaningful programme was held in their honour. The programme commenced with a melodious welcome song presented by the students. This was followed by a light-hearted comedy skit which brought smiles and laughter to everyone present.

As a token of love and appreciation, the workers were presented with potted plants and handmade cards. Spot prizes were held to add joy and excitement to the celebration.

Our Manager, Sr. Cecilia Crasta, addressed the gathering and expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the workers for their tireless service and commitment. Our Headmistress, Sr. Meena Fernandes, also spoke on the occasion, acknowledging their invaluable contribution in maintaining the smooth functioning of the school.

The celebration concluded on a joyful note leaving everyone with a renewed sense of appreciation and respect for the hands that serve selflessly every day.
