Sr. Monica Shera accompanied 17 girls (Std X and XII) from Nirmal Parish to AYAC-Dahanu. The camp initiated on 7th afternoon and concluded on 9th afternoon. The program started with a prayer moment and a welcome speech. This was followed by beach thrill. After dinner we viewed a movie on “Kiriku” who became the leader in the village and saved the villagers. After which we had group discussion. Next day the day began with the “Breath” meditation conducted by Sr. Santana Pereira followed by the meaningful Eucharist.  After breakfast we conducted an input session on “How to be an effective leader” followed by a work shop on team building. Each groups were provided a ball of mud clay and they were asked to choose a theme and prepare any symbol using only one hand. Each group was very creative and brought out various themes like “Unity is strength, “God is our Creator”, Celebrate life”.  In the afternoon Srs. Monica and Urmila organized games. Sr. Santana gave an input session on “Qualities of a Good Leader”. We then went to the chikku orchard to pray the rosary.  After supper the girls danced and enjoyed themselves. Next morning we began the day with an “Inner Smile” Meditation. They sent the vibrations of love, peace and joy to the whole world.  After breakfast Sr. Monica presented the life of an FMA and Sr. Urmila shared her vocation story.  The girls enjoyed themselves and returned home satisfied.
