(Sr. Sunanda Solanki) The Children from 8 villages arrived at Pushpanjali – Dakor for the Medical Camp on 21st March 2014 at 12.00 noon. There were all together 165 children and few parents came with their little babies for the check up. Sr. Ritha Dora Thomas took sessions on nutrition and balance diet, the need to cultivate healthy food habit. The power point presentation on Nutrition made the session more interesting.

Dr. Subhash Patel and his team from the Referral (Government Hospital – Dakor) were invited to conduct the Medical Camp.

Dr. Subhash Patel MBBS advised the children to maintain cleanliness, to avoid junk foods and encouraged them to eat only homemade food, especially green vegetables, pulses and cereals. He also instructed them to take good care of themselves and invited their parents to avail all the health services provided by the hospital. Healthy snacks were served to all.

We are grateful to Dr. Subhash and his team for helping us to organize this Medical Camp and all the services they render to our Institution.
