AMAR # 904 Aux-Wadala celebrates Independence Day!

On August 14, the K.G and Primary section of Auxilium Convent High School, Wadala celebrated Independence Day with patriotic fervor. On 15th the secondary section celebrated the Day with the flag hoisting followed by different programmes in Sr.Bertha’s Hall. The main aim of the cultural program was to inculcate the values of patriotism, unity, social service and national integrity in our students who are the future of our country. The gamut of celebration activities included a very meaningful prayer service, dances on patriotic songs, PPT presentation on Swatch Auxilium Abhiyaan and an impressive street play on the life of an army man.

The students of Std. X of the year 2018-19, who secured good percentage for the board exams, was awarded the certificate by the Chief Guest, Mr. Sushant Mysorekar, Sr. Meena D’Silva, the Manager and the Sr.Gloria Ferrao, the headmistress. Mr. Sushant Mysorekar delivered a meaningful speech to our audience. He elaborated the word “CINEMA” in a thoughtful creative manner.
