The AYG students of Gujarati Medium of Auxilium Baroda went for an outreach programme on 4th October 2019 at the “SEVA TIRTH” Institute, a center for the disabled people. It is a centre for the young and old and also a home for the orphans. The Institute is run by the NGO and there are around 180 inmates from the age group up to 29 years. They are given education, taught some useful skills like computer classes, stitching, embroidery work, cooking, etc. The students were very happy to get some knowledge and visit the different sectors and saw different materials prepared by them.
The students put up a programme for them in the hall, watched a video of their Institute and played some games and Garba. They enjoyed their company and were happy to see their joyful faces. In the end, the children offered some useful articles and snacks and returned with a happy heart.
