On 25 -26 September, an initiative was taken by Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra in collaboration with Sacred Heart Convent, Auxilium School, Don Bosco School, St. Anne’s Church and St. John’s Church to reach out to the needy flood-affected people at Aare village, Kholapur.
Auxilium Ahmednagar supported 15 families to reconstruct their houses by providing them the roofing sheets. St. Xavier’s Church facilitated the whole relief work. The families were also offered food grain packets.
Heartfelt thanks to Frs. Dinnis Borges, James Thorat, Raja and Mr. Pawar for their availability to take us to the villages. People were indeed grateful to the team for the timely intervention.
