On the 19th of October the children of Ashish Bhavan, Kune celebrated the festival of light. The theme was ‘Celebrate Green Diwali.’ According to the theme the lighting of the lamp the skit, dance, and was well animated. The children themselves realized the harm caused by bursting of crackers and pollution that is spread which is harmful to humans as well as to creation. An inspiring thought was given by Sr Teresa Dharmaraj, the animator of the community. On the same day in the evening, nearly 55 villagers gathered in the Chapel to pray the Rosary.
