We at Auxilium Welfare Centre, Koregoan Park – Pune Community began studying the book Baptized and sent during the month of October -the extraordinary month of the mission. Every day during Morning Prayer we used the animation material given in the book. It helped us to be united with the missionaries who are in the mission land and we prayed for them.
We conducted a creative and meaningful Adoration Service on the Mission Sunday, during which we had also reflection and sharing of the Gospel of St. Luke10:1-9 – ‘Called and Sent to Proclaim the Good News’. We carried the lamps towards the altar as a symbol of the ‘proclaimers of Christ’ and we placed it on the altar.
