We the Community of Maria Sharan Keshnand, celebrated Girl Child day on 8th September 2020. The children of this centre honoured Mother Mary, by showering the flowers on her during the prayer moment. During our Prayer moment we remembered every Girl Child.
We as a community had some games for the girls those who are present with us. The girls enjoyed and had beautiful moments with each other. Through their beautiful speeches, they thanked God for creating them girl children. They were happy to celebrate this day on the Birthday of Our Blessed Mother.
All of us had a get- together with our girls. Many could not be present because of lockdown due to Covid-19. We thanked God for the gift of our apostolate where we work for the upliftment of the girls.
We remembered those who are at home with their parents. We ended our short get-togetherness, by distributing some prizes to them.
