Auxilium Baroda…What can we say?
It is definitely not just a mere School…What is it then?
“It is our home, our community, our family, our temple, our life!”
This is true for a tall, fair, delicate and beautiful teacher for whom Auxilium Baroda is the best thing that has happened to her. That wonderful person we are speaking about is none other than our very own teacher, Mrs. Renu Bhalla, who retired today, 30th June, 2021, after thirty years of dedication, unending integrity and selfless service.
A short programme was held to observe the cessation of her teacher ship. It started off with a graceful prayer service, where everyone extended their good wishes and solidarity for Renu teacher. It was followed by mellifluous songs by the teachers of the Primary section, Gujarati medium and the support staff and an immersive dance performance by the KG section teachers, as a token of the genuine gratitude that everyone unanimously felt. The sisters thanked her for her dedicated service to Auxilium prayed for God’s choicest blessing through a song. Tears of sweet reminiscence rolled down her cheeks as she witnessed the teachers expressed their love and gratitude.
She was presented with a token of appreciation and a memento by our Manager Sr. Priscilla Travasso and our Principal Sr. Philomena Lobo. Sr. Priscilla Travasso thanked Tr. Renu Bhalla for all that she had given to the Institution and for ‘taking hands, opening minds and touching the hearts’ of our children.
And so on behalf of Auxilium family, the Management, Staff and students we want to say a big thank you to our dear teacher for all the hours she spent planning, the attention she gave, the needs that she tended to, the knowledge that she passed on, the guidance she offered, the efforts she took, the creativity she brought to learning and her motherly love with which she touched the hearts, of not only the children but also of each one of us.
Leaving is sometimes tearful, sad and heart-wrenching even but I smile because I know you are forever mine and distance would never change that.
