On 13 July 2021, Auxilium Convent High School – Wadala kept up the tradition of celebrating the feast of St. Mary Domenica Mazzarello. The programme went live on youtube at 8.30 a.m.The programme was prepared by our students, teachers and sisters. The programme comprised of prayer service by secondary,a short video of St. Mary Mazzarello’s life story, a dance by the pre- primary students , hymns to Mother Mazzarello by primary students, a powerpoint was shown based on Mother Mazzarello, The primary girls spoke about the maxims of Mother Mazzarello.
Our animator, Sr. Magdeline Sequeira gave the message by sharing the good deeds done by Mother Mazzarello, her love for prayers and positive attitude towards life which inspires each one of us. The programme ended with a hymn to Mother Mazzarello which was sung by sisters of our community.
On account of the feast day of our co-foundress, we conducted an online Drawing Competition for all students. The KG and Primary had the drawing activity on Mary Mazzarello and the Secondary on saving the earth with different topics.
The beautiful day ended with the animated recreation on Mary Mazzarello conducted by our Srs. Maxina, Jennifer and Khushboo.
