“We thank our God for you”, with this theme, we at Auxilium Caranzalem celebrated Teachers’ Day on the 4th of September. We began the day with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist by Rev. Fr. Onasis. During the homily, while he thanked the teachers for the indispensable role they play the life of the children, he also reminded us of our responsibilities.
After a tea-break we had a short cultural programme, comprising of dance and address by a few student representatives and a song of blessing by the Sisters. We then a virtual treat of dances, songs and words of thanks sent by the students, all put together in a single video. The teachers enjoyed their day to the full. This was followed by an agape meal and distribution of gifts.
